Refurbishment
Vidette UK Ltd completed a full refurbishment of The Titanic, modernising the bar, trade toilets, manager’s accommodation, and external areas while preserving its heritage character.
Works included new flooring, lighting, fittings, and sanitary ware, alongside building fabric repairs, stonework restoration, and signage upgrades.
A key challenge was the discovery of asbestos, which was safely removed through a phased programme with licensed specialists, allowing the project to continue with minimal disruption.
The result is a revitalised hospitality venue that blends historic charm with modern functionality.
